TMO tender would add extra usd 2-3 to recent freight level

As it was forecasted last week Turkish Grain Chamber tender held on 03 September 2019 would not add more than USD 2-3 pmt to recent freight levels of sea-river tonnages. Reported TMO purschased form several major sellers wheat 12,5 pro and 13,5 pro USD 194 and USD 198 pmt CIF Marmara Sea pespectively while FOB price at Rostov is USD 172 for 12,5 pro and USD 175-176 for 13,5 pro making reasonable freight level around USD 17 pmt max USD 18 pmt basis Rostov/Marmara against recent USD 15-16 pmt.

But the most interesting is Iskenderun sales which at recent low market could be done from Rostov, but not from Novorossiysk/Kavkaz/Tuapse as we mind before.  Composition of very high handy market and very low coasters with accepted freight level of USD 26 pm makes Rostov/Turkey Mediterranean shipments equal or even more feasible than same from Novorossiysk.
